Mix the juice, , , and with the soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey. Put the chicken wings in a large glass or china bowl and pour the mixture over. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
PRE-HEAT THE OVEN TO 200˚C/180 FAN/GAS 6
Drizzle over the remaining tablespoon of honey and cook for another 5 minutes or until the edges are beginning to char.

- Chicken wings are great for all sorts of occasions. These baked, flavoursome wings couldn’t be easier to rustle up and make a wonderful appetiser or snack. Provide finger bowls and lots of napkins for sticky fingers though!
- Lemon fish fingers make great finger food too...
